We were so impressed with everything to do with America Pro Roofing from beginning to end. We are full-time RVers and so were not in Colorado when our roof needed to be replaced. Steve personally handled every single step of the process for us from meeting with the insurance company (and explaining to them that our roof was indeed a total loss when they tried to shy away from paying for the whole thing) to providing the necessary paperwork to our lien holder. He sent us the links to everything we needed to pick the style and colors for our roof. He was patient while the checks for the work were mailed to our current location and then had to clear as we were out of state. We did have one very small issue when it rained and he immediately had one of his guys out there looking at it and fixed it immediately. I HIGHLY recommend Steve and America Pro Roofing. Our original shake roof had come to the end of its useful life. Mike was great in helping me contact our insurance company and guiding me through that process. Even though our roof replacement was not covered by insurance (the hail wasn't quite bad enough in my neighborhood), APR gave us a competitive bid that included detailed information about how the roof would be replaced and what materials they would use. Mike and Steve brought in a team that replaced my roof in one long day. They "tippy-toed" through my new landscaping and did a great job of cleaning up... a few months later and there are no signs of any leaks. We had a gutter issue from changing from shake to asphalt, and Steve and his crew came out and fixed it much to my satisfaction. They repainted my gutters and improved our curb appeal greatly! Once you hire this team to re-roof your home, they stick with you until you are completely satisfied.

I wanted to add my comments to the many positive reviews of America Pro Roofing. I live in the Highlands Ranch area, and like many in this area had significant roof damage as a result of the hail storms last year. Steve and his team provided excellent service in repairing and replacing our roof. He provided guidance and submitted all of the necessary paper work to both our home owners insurance company (State Farm in our case), the HOA and Douglas county for the proper permits. The work was done as proposed and on budget. Steve has come back on several occasions both on a casual basis to say hello and to follow up to see if we had any issues with their work, which we did not. Steve lives in the area and knows the value of good service and positive references.

Steve and his crew are wonderful to work with. Personable, informative and expert in his field. He was very proactive, discovered that my roof was damaged and educated me on the entire process of filing a claim and completing all the necessary forms and local building requirements. They delivered on time an outstanding product. His crew was fast, efficient and did an outstanding job of removing the damaged roofing and installing the new material. Steve offered a great service, he dropped samples off on our door step and offed advise as to what the best shingles for our house would be. There were some delays that are inherent to any type of construction work, but he was great about communicating with us and getting any issues resolved as quick as possible. Again Steve followed through on doing a great job roofing my house after getting hail damage. We had some major delays due to another company that was a major hassle for both Steve and I, but he stuck to his word and got the roof done.

Called America Pro Roofing based on a referral from my window and siding contractor. Steve inspected my roof for the cause of my leak and for damage and suggested I contact my insurance. I did just that! Steve made a second trip out to my house to meet with the insurance adjuster. Insurance totaled the roof and once the check for the new roof was issued, Steve had the materials delivered and the roof was replaced the day after! Roof was severely damaged by hail and needed a full replacement. Steve was there from start to finish to answer questions, advocate on our behalf with the adjuster and take care of any and all requests. In the process of selling our home we needed to obtain a 5 year certification for wear per our buyers request. Several months back, Steve and a crew came out and installed a new roof, gutters, and a damaged skylight. He was extremely professional and understanding. The install of the roof, gutters, and skylight was extremely quick with little to no inconvenience to me. The crews were polite and professional, made sure to clean up every thing including running a large magnet several times through the yard and dirt driveway as to not cause a flat tire.
